	Two families own this property. The primary owners, Anna Stina Ericson and Libby Williams, have been friends for many years. They met in college and have owned this house together for over 50 years. Anna Stina's niece, Emily, and her husband, also are part-owners. Libby's daughter, Abbie, and her husband, Jack, also are part-owners. Our desire is to share this house with friends and colleagues at an affordable rate, so others can enjoy it and the beautiful Delaware shore.
