RATES for 2025

During the summer season, we rent only by the week. Weekends are available in the spring & fall.
 
Off Season Rates
April 30th – May 31st and  September 28th – End October  (weather permitting)
  • $1900/week (Sunday afternoon to following Sunday noon)
  •  $550/weekend (Friday afternoon to Sunday noon)

    Peak Season Rates    
    May 26th through September 29th 
      Weekly rentals only

    • $2,300/week (Sunday after 4pm  to following Sunday noon)

         Well behaved dogs are welcome for $50 per dog per week or $25 for weekends
