RATES for 2026

During the summer season, we rent only by the week. Weekends are available in the spring & fall.
 
Off Season Rates
April 26th – May 30th and  4 October – End October  (weather permitting)
  • $2000/week (Sunday afternoon to following Sunday noon)
  •  $600/weekend (Friday afternoon to Sunday noon)
    Peak Season Rates    
     31 May through October 3rd -- Weekly rentals only  

  • $2,500/week (Sunday after 4pm  to following Sunday noon)

     Well behaved dogs are welcome for $50 per dog per week or $25 for weekends plus an additional          $250 security deposit, which will be refunded in full if there is no damage.
